The first enantioselective total synthesis of 5-acetoxygoniothalamin 1 and 5-acetoxyisogoniothalamin oxide 2 was achieved through the Sharpless kinetic resolution of recemic secondary 2-furylmethanol 5 and the Mitsunobu reaction. At the same time we developed a short synthetic route for 6R-( )-goniothalamin 3 and (6R,7R,8R)-( )-goniothalamin oxide 4. The binuclear praseodymium(III) complex with N‐(1‐carboxyethylidene)‐salicylhydrazide (C10H10N2O4, H2L) was prepared in H2O‐C2H5OH mixed solution, and the crystal structure of [Pr2L2(HL)2(H2O)4]·3H2O·C6H6 was determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal complex crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P‐1, and in the structure each Pr atom is 9‐coordinated by carboxyl O and acyl O and azomethine N atoms of two tridentate ligands to form two stable five‐membered rings sharing one side in keto‐mode and two water molecules. The coordination polyhedron around Pr3+ was described as a monocapped square antiprism geometry. In an individual molecule, four tridentate ligands were coordinated by two negative univalent (HL) and two bivalent forms (L) respectively. Two new uncommon nitrogenous sesquiterpenes, 11‐ethoxy‐3‐formamidotheonellin ( 1 ) and 7‐ethoxy‐3‐formamidobisabolane‐8,10‐diene ( 2 ), together with two known related sesquiterpenes, 3‐formamidotheonellin (=theonellin formamide; 3 ) and theonellin isothiocyanate ( 4 ), were isolated from the Hainan sponge Axinyssa aff. variabilis. The second harmonic generation of SV shear waves at isotropic solid-solid interfaces is experimentally studied. The amplitude of shear waves is measured for the interfaces of glass-air, glass-iron, glass-copper, and glass-aluminum. The measured angular relation of amplitude of the second harmonic wave is compared with theory and the agreement is reasonably good. The influence of the physical state of the interface on second harmonic generation is also observed. It is found that the second harmonic generation is sensitive to the interface state. 相似文献

Surface organic ligands play a critical role in stabilizing atomically precise metal nanoclusters in solutions. However, it is still challenging to prepare highly robust ligated metal nanoclusters that are surface‐active for liquid‐phase catalysis without any pre‐treatment. Now, an N‐heterocyclic carbene‐stabilized Au25 nanocluster with high thermal and air stabilities is presented as a homogenous catalyst for cycloisomerization of alkynyl amines to indoles. The nanocluster, characterized as [Au25(iPr2‐bimy)10Br7]2+ (iPr2‐bimy=1,3‐diisopropylbenzimidazolin‐2‐ylidene) ( 1 ), was synthesized by direct reduction of AuSMe2Cl and iPr2‐bimyAuBr with NaBH4 in one pot. X‐ray crystallization analysis revealed that the cluster comprises two centered Au13 icosahedra sharing a vertex. Cluster 1 is highly stable and can survive in solution at 80 °C for 12 h, which is superior to Au25 nanoclusters passivated with phosphines or thiols. DFT computations reveal the origins of both electronic and thermal stability of 1 and point to the probable catalytic sites. This work provides new insights into the bonding capability of N‐heterocyclic carbene to Au in a cluster, and offers an opportunity to probe the catalytic mechanism at the atomic level. 相似文献

We perform 2.5-dimensional particle-in-cell simulations to investigate the nonlinear evolution of the lower hybrid drift instability (LHDI) in Harris current sheet. Due to the drift motion of electrons in the electric field of the excited low hybrid drift (LHD) waves, the electrons accumulate at the outer layer, and therefore there is net positive charge at the inner edge of the current sheet. This redistribution of charge can create an electrostatic field along the z direction, which then modifies the motions of the electrons along the y direction by E×B drift. Using the two-fluid model in the case of α〉〉1 (α= β/2Q, β is the ratio of thermal pressure to magnetic pressure, and Q = me/mi ), we numerically investigate the interactions between two solitary kinetic Alfvén waves (SKAWs) and between an SKAW and a density discontinuity. The results show that the two SKAWs would remain in their original shapes and propagate at their initiating speeds, which indicates that SKAWs behave just like standard solitons. The simulation also shows that SKAWs will reflect and refract when crossing a discontinuity and propagating into a higher density region. The transmission wave is an SKAW with increasing density, and the reverberation is a disturbance with lower amplitude. 相似文献
